This 14x36 Montana Cabin A-frame Cottage offers a more elevated take on a cabin-style building, with the kind of size, natural light, and covered outdoor space that make it feel comfortable from the start. Whether you’re planning to use it as a retreat, guest space, office, or flexible property building, it has the look and structure to support more than just basic use.
Built with 2x6 floor and wall framing, this cottage is designed for durability and long-term comfort. The 7/12 roof pitch adds both visual character and usable interior headroom, while also helping with weather performance. On the outside, the board-and-batten siding and timber-style details give it a clean, rustic look that fits well in backyard, rural, and mountain settings.
Inside, the insulated floor helps make the space more comfortable throughout the year, and the generous window package brings in strong natural light that keeps the interior feeling open instead of closed in. Out front, the 8' covered porch with composite decking adds practical everyday value, whether you’re unloading gear, stepping out with coffee, or simply wanting a little extra outdoor living space.
